Paul Geirmund Kadim


Paul Geirmund Kadim has over twenty five years’ experience as Chairman of the Board, General Manager, Technical Project Manager, Service & Installation Manager, Technical Engineer, Safety Specialist, Dropped Object Prevention Specialist, Accident Investigation Engineer in the oil & gas industry. Along with QA/QC and HSSE of offshore Oil & Gas equipment.

Paul also has extensive experience in Risk Management, drilling equipment / drilling operations, member of the Onshore Drilling Management team for Grane, Statoil, “Assist & Assure” Safety Coaching. General management responsibilities including business strategy, operations, personnel, sales & marketing and quality.

Prior to working with JLP Global AS, Paul held a variety of Management and Engineering positions with QTG, NOV, MHWirth, Cameron, V-Tech, Western Atlas, Shell and Statoil.

Lars Norheim


Lars Norheim has over thirty five years’ experience within drilling engineering, construction, rig acceptance, and operations.

Lars has held a variety of Project Management roles, and worked with Rig Owners, Rig Designers, Equipment Suppliers and Fabrication Yards.

Lars is responsible for delivering technical and engineering services to clients, from engineering through fabrication, acceptance and operations.

Prior to working with JLP Global AS, Mr Norheim held a variety of Project Management positions with Frigstad, OSM Ship Management, MHWirth, Promeco, Westamarin and Oil Industry Services.

Jan Egil Svendsen has more than twenty years of experience as Chairman of the Board, General Manager, Safety Specialist, Technical engineer and Dropped Object Prevention Specialist.

Accomplished & Experienced Manager with 19+ years of experience as Operational, Health & Safety Specialist for industry-leading organisations. Maintaining highest quality standards to avoid time and cost expenditures combining proven Financial Leadership, Awareness & Acumen

Defining Integrated Business Strategy & Vision whilst demonstrating Accomplished Business Leadership.

Strategic Frameworks & Organisational Effectiveness combining Senior Stakeholder Engagement & Management
